What happens after you send this

1 Routed, not queued. The enquiry goes to the engineer covering that sector, with a reference number you can quote.
2 First reply in one business day. Either an initial technical view, or the specific questions we need answered to give one.
3 NDA before drawings. A mutual NDA is signed before any file is opened. Ours is two pages; yours is fine too.
4 Feasibility in 2–5 days. Plant recommendation, tooling route, DFM notes and an indicative landed cost.

Booking a factory audit

Choose “Factory audit or supplier qualification” above and name the plant and the week you want. We confirm a slot within two business days and send the plant profile, certificate set and audit history in advance. The audit page sets out scope, notice periods and how findings are closed out.

Confidentiality

Enquiry data is stored in an access-logged database and visible only to the engineers handling it. Drawings live in a separate repository and reach a shop floor as the specific views an operation needs, then are purged ninety days after a programme closes.
