Development and manufacture
Pack development starts from the distribution lane, not from a specification sheet. We take the actual route — the transhipment points, the stacking height, the humidity at each end — and design board grade, flute and case style against it, then drop, vibration and compression test the result in our own laboratory to ISTA protocols. Over-specified packaging is as much a failure as under-specified, and the test data is what decides which one you have.
For flexible packs the question is usually barrier. We build laminates to the oxygen and moisture transmission the product actually needs over its stated shelf life, measure the finished web rather than quoting the film supplier’s figures, and match the sealing window to the machine that will run it — often one of ours. Mono-material and compostable structures are developed alongside the conventional ones and tested on the same equipment.

Corrugated board and boxes
Single, double and triple wall board in B, C, E and BC flutes, converted to regular slotted, die-cut and heavy-duty export cases.
PE and PP films
Blown and cast stretch film with high pre-stretch, shrink film, and machine-grade wrap for hand and automatic application.
Aluminium foil laminates
Foil-based barrier structures for pharmaceutical blister lidding, sachets and retort pouches, with declared transmission rates.
Metallized food pouches
Food-grade metallized PET and mono-material PE pouches, stand-up, flat and spouted, printed to nine colours with reverse-printed graphics.
Tinplate cans and easy-open ends
Two and three-piece tinplate cans with aluminium easy-open lids, seamed and tested for integrity on every production shift.
EPE foam cushioning
Expanded polyethylene profiles, moulded corner blocks and die-cut inserts, designed against the fragility of the packed product.
Self-adhesive label stock
Paper and film facestock on permanent, removable and deep-freeze adhesives, supplied in rolls or die-cut to your applicator.
