Office Supplies
Everyday office consumables made to a consistent specification, because the complaint in this category is almost always variation rather than grade.

Development and manufacture
Nobody notices office paper until a ream jams. Our development and quality work is therefore aimed almost entirely at consistency: moisture content, curl, cut dust and stiffness held within a narrow band from reel to reel, because those are what decide whether a sheet feeds cleanly through a fast copier. We run every paper grade through actual office machines rather than only through laboratory instruments.
The same applies across the range. Ink is formulated and aged here so a pen writes the same at the end of its barrel as at the start; toner is milled to a controlled particle distribution and tested for yield in the printer models it is sold for. Private-label programmes are a large part of this business, and we hold the artwork, the barcodes and the retail packaging to the customer’s own brand standards.

What the line holds, and how we know.
These are figures sustained across a production run rather than a best-case first article, each with the instrument or test that produces it.

Programmes often cross these lines. Where a part touches more than one of them, a single engineer owns the whole thing rather than handing it between departments.
